   - Wellness & Sport Chiropractic is a cash practice, we are not in-network with any insurance providers 

   - Acceptable forms of payment include: Cash, Check, Credit/Debit Card, Health Savings Account (HSA), or

     Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

   - Patients can submit itemized list to their insurance provider for reimbursement

   - Initial chiropractic care visit is scheduled 

   - Established patients do not need to schedule for follow-up treatments
